A little rebellion for the start of winter..I decided to complete a page for this months Stuff2Scrap challenge that had more of a summer theme. The only thing my son concerned himself with asking for for Christmas was a pair of goggles, of course he was wrapt when Santa included them in his goodies. The free flowing lines of the chipboard and of course such an awesome fish shape were perfect for the theme as was the colour challenge of lime, and the two blues. Check out the Stuff2Scrap site peeps as there are some fabulous new lines of chippy on the way!

Back on the Yellow Brick Road!
There's No Place Like Home..There's No Place...Okay so I didn't have a house land on me, though you could say I was carried away by some flying monkeys I guess! I am back on my Yellow Brick Road for now so I suppose the good news is I have a few layouts to load up straight away and I shall be off to see the wizard (that would obviously be my little subconscious genie of inspiration hiding behind the curtain of my scrappin space) hopefully a bit more. So straight into it for anyone interested or willing to blow off the cyber dust of this poor ole blog..here they are..Big squeezies of gratitude and lovin' to you!!
Here is my May Challenge for STUFF2SCRAP using some more of their delicious chippy products.
And a couple of different takes on the same piccies coz I thought they were just darn special to me, again using funky chippy from Stuff2Scrap |
And a few more.....
Most especially of late, the money I can spend on scrapping product is minimal but when you have that key base product like the chipboard I use from Stuff2Scrap, it only takes some found household products or scraps you may have on hand or the altering of the chippy from its raw state to make some pretty sweet layouts. What would it be without a little creative challenge?! Thanks peeps!

I seem to love the natural and dreamy look
I titled this layout Beautiful Dreamer in honour of my Grandma who I know would take joy in singing this favourite to my daughter as she did to me
I once again chose to keep the chipboard word Dreamer from Stuff2Scrap fairly simple by glimmermisting and drawing some spots along the bottom half. The Sea Grass Chipboard I coloured and applied dimensional magic. A little close up...
Thanks for looking peeps! Trace:)

Dream
Have loved but shelved this pic Of Quinn for a couple of years as wasn't quite sure how to scrap it but I finally decided I wanted something fairly relaxed and soft. The chipboard elements were just what I needed to tie it all together, I jazzed up the nice rawness of them with a bit of glimmermist, an effect I love. You can find these fabulous chipcoard pieces at

Thanks for looking- stay beautiful!

So I just had to scrap this piccy of my hilarious boy being spontaneous...He reminded me of the comedian Jerry Lewis so I wanted to use a collection of old style ephemerea to give it that feel
